| Payment Timing | A deposit is required in advance to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before the vehicle is handed over on the rental day. |

| Service Delivery | The vehicle will be provided on the reserved date at the circuit or another designated location. |
| Returns & Refunds | Due to the nature of rental services, refunds are generally not available after the service has been provided. |

| Damage Compensation | If the vehicle is damaged during the rental period, the customer will be responsible for the repair costs based on the company’s assessment. |
