Xlocker Rental & Drift Activity Disclaimer

1. Assumption of Risk

Participation in drifting or high-performance driving activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to vehicle damage, property loss, personal injury, or death.
 Participants must fully understand and accept these risks before making a reservation or participating in the activity.

2. Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xlocker, its staff, agents, and partners shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, losses, or damages that occur during participation in the activities.

3. Compliance with Rules

All participants must follow the safety rules, facility regulations, and instructions provided by Xlocker staff.
 If a participant violates rules or behaves dangerously, Xlocker reserves the right to terminate the activity or service immediately, and fees may not be refunded.

4. Health & Safety

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in the activity.
 Any medical conditions that may affect safety should be disclosed before participation.

5. Insurance

Xlocker does not provide personal accident insurance.
 Participants are responsible for their own medical expenses and losses, and are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage.

6. Governing Law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of Japan.
 Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
