Contract & Payment Terms
01Minimum Contract Period
All vehicle storage plans require a minimum contract period of twelve (12) months.
02Payment Schedule
The annual storage fee may be paid in two installments, each covering six (6) months. The first six months are paid in advance at the start of the contract; the remaining six months are paid in advance before the beginning of the seventh month.
03Annual Commitment
By signing the storage agreement, the customer agrees to a minimum twelve-month storage commitment, regardless of the installment payment arrangement.
04Early Termination
Early termination is subject to the storage agreement. Any outstanding payment obligations, refunds, or exceptions will be handled in accordance with the contract and applicable law.
05Additional Charges
Unless expressly included in the selected plan, the following may incur additional charges: vehicle repairs and replacement parts; tires and consumables; oil, fluids, and other maintenance materials; vehicle washing and detailing; battery charging or replacement; circuit admission and driving fees; and special transportation arrangements outside the agreed plan.
06Payment Methods
Payment can be made by bank transfer or an agreed online payment method. Any applicable transaction or processing fees will be communicated before payment.
07Storage Conditions
Vehicles are stored at the Xlocker facility in Nihonmatsu, Fukushima. The storage area is semi-covered, providing roof protection against rain and snow. Storage is not represented as fully enclosed indoor storage.
08Liability
Responsibility for vehicle damage, theft, natural disasters, and other risks will be governed by the signed storage agreement and applicable law.
